I’m writing to complain about the bad service on one of your flights.Yesterday,I took a plane to London and I have to say that I’m very unhappy about theline.Firstof all, your airline lost one of my suitcases in which there is an importantcontract. Second, the plane was delayed for an hour. As a result, I was latefor an important meeting. Third, the food on the plane was terrible. What’smost unacceptable is that the air hostesses on the plane were quite unfriendlyand impolite to me.Frankly speaking, thisis the worst experience I have ever had on the plane.
